How we can support you

All in Edinburgh support people to find a job and keep it.

Our support is personal to you – we will work with you to meet your needs. We will support you to find a job that you want to do. You will be allocated your own employment coordinator who will work with you every step of the way.

We can support you to find job vacancies that suit you, across lots of different sectors. We can support you with job applications and preparing for interviews, including making reasonable adjustments relevant to your support need.

When you get a job, we can support you and your employer to make any changes you need at your workplace. We can give you job coaching in work to help you do your job well – and keep it. We can also give your employer training on how to best support you.

We have an in-house Welfare Rights team who can give you advice about money and benefits. And we can tell you about other services in Edinburgh who may be able to support you as well.
